Your keys are stored in a safe and secure place with no reference to your address on them. We can either store your keys for the next time you use the service or we can have them returned at your request when you arrive home

How late can I cancel

You can cancel your visits 24 hours before you are due the service.  You will then be credited on your account for future cat sits or be offered a refund. If you cancel after 24 hrs before the first sit you will be charged for the first visit then credited back the rest

What happens if my cat is ill in your care?

If your cat is Ill in our care we will assess the situation carefully and consult you immediately. If the case is an emergency we will ensure an immediate trip to the vets.

Will you visit my cat every other day?

No, absolutely not. In order for us to maintain and monitor your cats health and wellbeing we must be able to visit every day in accordance with the Pet Industry Federation guidelines also.

How much notice do I need to give ?

When you become a registered customer we can take a booking from you on the same day.

Yes, we encourage this however we may need to send another one of our cat sitters if your regular sitter is not available.

What happens if I am delayed on my holiday or time away from home?

This is not a problem. If you contact us as soon as you know you are delayed we will continue to visit your cat until you return

Do you look after any other animals

No, we are cats only.
