Amazing service from holiday kitty cat care! Twice daily email updates of my cats, with photos, twice daily medication given to one cat and a clean house to return too, with chubby, happy cats!
Beyond belief not to come home to skinny cats and to begin cleaning up smelly litter trays, cat dishes and the usual accidents here and there after a holiday! What a treat to come home to this fab scene, many, many thanks Claire and Mel for outstanding care and an impeccable pet home care service, you really are the best!

What an absolutely outstanding service from Claire at Holiday Kitty Cat Care – I couldn’t have been happier with it!!!
I have two rescue cats, Sina and Huesitos, and Huesitos has IBD, no teeth, ‘issues’ around food and needs a special diet. Both had been treated very badly in the past before I got them, so I was very anxious leaving them alone and with a stranger, especially Huesitos.
Claire was great at putting me at ease from the beginning: she came to the house to meet me and the cats, and she told me she was sure they would be okay (she was absolutely right!!).
I received updates twice a day, with photos and even videos, which reassured me greatly while I was far away (in another country). I could see that they were being looked after really well, and Huesitos was eating more than I thought she ever would! The cats clearly liked Claire, and that was really comforting for me.
When I arrived, the house was spotless, and the cats were relaxed and happy. I really couldn’t have asked for a better service. Truly outstanding, the best. It is such a relief for me to know that if I need to go somewhere or to visit my parents abroad, I can rely on Holiday Kitty Cat Care to look after my cats so well. There’s no question that I will be using Holiday Kitty Cat Care from now on. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Claire looked after Dante for two wks while I was out of the country. Communication with her was great – I would get pics or updated via email/WhatsApp about Dante. On top of that, Claire also made some extra visits to Dante and played with him. I’m definitely going to use this service again. It’s a relief knowing that someone like Claire is looking after your cat/cats while you are away and I don’t have to use a cattery.

I can’t thank Joanna and Holiday Kitty Cat Care enough for looking after Sofia, and wouldn’t trust anyone else to do such a professional job with love and care. The service reports are informative and put your mind at ease, but are also very witty and charming making them a pleasure to read. Thanks to Holiday Kitty Cat Care I can now relax on holiday and not worry about my furry friend – with an anxious owner and a shy and timid cat this is no mean feat!
Claire came highly recommended and has been absolutely brilliant. My elderly cat needs a special diet and medication twice daily and this has been no problem to Claire who fitted us in around other clients to get the timings right. She is very knowledgeable and clearly loves cats.I no longer worry about leaving kitty when I go on holiday as I know that she is in safe hands and Claires daily updates and photos are very reassuring.
Back to find two happy cats after a weekend away. Always have Claire and the team come in and feed them whilst we are away and so happy we do !!!

Highly recommend Claire and Holiday Kitty Cat Care. We used them for the first time this weekend for our rescue cat Dexy.
He had a really bad experience in a cattery at Christmas and so we knew we wanted a cat sitter to come in to care for him this time, when I saw Holiday Kitty Cat Care and that they only care for cats and not other animals I knew that they would be the best option.
Cannot say how reassuring it has been to receive updates on every visit via email with some pictures knowing he’s doing well and being well looked after whilst we’re away.
Coming home to a stress-free chilled cat has been the best thing. We will be using Holiday Kitty Cat Care from now on we are just so pleased with what they offer. Thank you so much from us and Dexy ❤️
